In order to meet the continuous growth of market demand for environmentally friendly packaging products, Rizhao Wanjia International SCM Co., Ltd. has recently launched the construction project of an intelligent warehouse center. The 1,000-square-meter modern warehouse is adjacent to the production workshop of rolling bags, dedicated to storing the raw materials and auxiliary materials for flat rolled plastic bags and undershirt rolled plastic bags, and is expected to be put into use in the fourth quarter of 2023. The project marks a key step in the company's strategy for capacity enhancement and sustainable development.
Wanjia Plastics (Rizhao) Launches Smart Manufacturing Upgrade for Global Packaging Excellence
The two-story facility features three production workshops spanning 15,000 square meters—tripling the company’s previous capacity. Its centerpiece is a Class 100,000 cleanroom equipped with temperature/humidity controls and advanced air filtration systems, designed to eliminate particulate contamination during food-safe packaging manufacturing. Automation takes center stage with German-made KraussMaffei fully automatic blown film machines and Japanese Fuji multi-color high-speed printing lines. Integrated smart controls enable end-to-end automation from raw material feeding to finished product packaging, boosting efficiency by over 40% compared to legacy systems.

From March 1 to 4, Rizhao Wanjia Plastic Products Co., Ltd. from Shandong Province made a striking appearance at the 32nd East China Import and Export Fair (Shanghai) held at the National Exhibition and Convention Center.
